I am so honored and humble to receive the Legislator of the Year award from the Colorado Nonprofit Association! This is one of the most meaningful awards a legislator can receive. I would like to that the members of the Colorado Federation of Animal Welfare Agencies for the nomination.

The people of House District 34 deserve to continue to have thoughtful, strong leadership at the State Capital.

I look forward to sitting down with you over the coming months to discuss how I can best represent you, our community and our State. Together I am confident that we can face the challenges at hand and make our community even stronger.
